Components Overview

Components are the pieces of the puzzle that have to be put together to get Y Meadows working for a clients support team. Components are simply the different pieces of the Y Meadows puzzle that users can easily create, configure, and manage in Y Meadows.

Some Components only need an initial set up and don't require consistent management (such as Connections), while others may be used more often, like Steps or Intents.

Components contain important internal information and should only be accessed by users who have clearance.

Connections and Connection Types refer to the process of integrating a user's systems and any relevant 3rd parties with Y Meadows. Intents refer to categories of data that the AI Models are trained on to customize the model for an organization.
