Journey Complete Step

A Journey Complete Step is used at the end of a Fallback Path or Journey Path to indicate that no further automation will occur. This is the “end of the Journey” in a literal sense.

A Journey Complete Step is normally added automatically to a Journey by the Y Meadows system when creating a new path or adding Decision steps to a path. A Journey Complete Step can't be directly added to a path - it can only be exchanged for other types of “termination” steps such as a Go-to Step or an Exit Step. Either of these steps can be converted to a Journey Complete the Step using the “replace” icon in the steps action menu.

A Journey Complete Step is appropriate when all of the actions have been finished and there is no additional work left to do. The Journey Complete Step can not direct messages for additional processing and is only an indication that the Journey is finished.
