Integrating with Salesforce

Y Meadows client environments come with a pre-built Salesforce Connection Type and steps. This allows clients that use Salesforce to quickly start handling messages from Salesforce with Y Meadows automation Journeys.

To begin using this integration, users have to Connect Y Meadows and Salesforce.

Pre-Built Steps

Y Meadows has a few out of the box steps that users can immediately begin to use in Salesforce once they have set up a connection. Case to QueueEmail from CaseCase Fields
