Product Release Notes Q2 2023

In Q2, Y Meadows focused on adding features and enhancements for users, and focused significantly on features around Journey building and editing.

New Features Added to the application in Q2:

  • Rename data pills

  • Replace all instances of a connection in a path with a new connection

  • Updated slack retriever to get private channels

  • Built ServiceNow retriever for ITOM

  • Built ServiceNow retrieve for service requests

  • Built ServiceNow retriever for CS

  • Refactored Kustomer retriever

  • Copy path with connections intact

  • Add data type indication to output and input pills

  • Training job should support multiple languages

  • Replace all instances of an Output pills with a different pill

  • Copy paste decision steps
