In Q3, Y Meadows focused on adding integration features and enhancements for users, and focused significantly on memory and storage functionality, as well as adding additional integration capabilities:

Journey Bot - add sentry

Extended the Oracle Retriever to get all messages

Created SugarCRM retriever

Updated (or create new) Retriever to allow all incoming message for Feshdesk

Converted webhook based retrievers to use async where possible

Added keyword search mode to KB search step

Updated Salesforce Retriever to handle different subscription scenarios

Updated Freshservice Retriever

Created Microsoft Teams Bot as message getter
