How to Approve a Message

The Review is where the Agent interacts with the Y Meadows systems to supervise the AI and automation process. When an Agent looks over the available data and is comfortable that the Intent prediction is correct and the Journey will resolve the customers need, they can quickly approve the message, which will trigger the rest of the steps in the Journey.

To approve a message, begin by navigating to Reviews. Select the queue you want to work in:

Review a message. If the Intent and proposed outcome are correct, simply click the GO button on the top right of the screen, and the message will continue along the rest of the path.
