Product Release Notes Q1 2023

In Q1, Y Meadows focused on adding features and enhancements for users while maintaining overall product consistency.

New Features Added to the application in Q1:

  • FE: Download for Trips report can happen before data loads

  • Updated ms365 retriever to work with immutable IDs

  • Add features to Slack integrations

  • Built new Gmail Retriever to allow for stricter auth scopes

  • Modified the generic webhook to allow for optional time/date inputs

  • Add tooling to the In app Model training for expanded data set information

  • Add capability to identify out parent intents

In Q1, Y Meadows developed a large number of custom steps for implementations, as well as additional steps to round out integrations with systems like Slack, Freshdesk, Zendesk, O365 and Hubspot. Some examples are:

  • New Factory: Slack - Get Message

Stability / Bug Fixes:

  • Updated user management system

  • Stability fixes for pushtopics in Salesforce

  • Updated Step Services template to Python 3.11

  • Web app login fix to work with disabled local storage
