Review Exit Step

Review Exit Steps are one of several different “termination” steps that can be used at the end of any leg of a Path. A Review Exit step is always used after a Review Step to indicate that a message is not going to continue on the current path and will, instead, be routed to a different Path based on the intent that is passed as an input to this step. When a Reviewer uses the Redirect action in a Review to either assign a different intent to the Message or to request manual resolution of the message then the Review Exit step is given the intent that is output from the review as a way to help Y Meadows direct the message correctly.

Inputs

One of the Outputs of a Review Step is ReviewerAssignedIntentID. This should always be used as the input to the Exit Step to ensure that the message is routed to the appropriate path.
