Integrating with Help Scout

Y Meadows client environments come with a pre-built Help Scout Connection Type and steps. This allows clients that use Help Scout to quickly start handling messages in Help Scout with Y Meadows automation Journeys.‌ To begin using this integration, users have to Connect Y Meadows and Help Scout.‌

Y Meadows has a few out of the box steps that users can immediately begin to use in Help Scout once they have set up a connection.
