Review Queues

What are Review Queues

With any automation tool, users should be able to set methods of oversight to ensure that the AI is correct 100% of the time. In Y Meadows, Reviews are a step that can be added to any Journey where agents can supervise the AI to make sure that the Intent categorization and subsequent journey are a good fit for a message. Review Queues allow agents to interact with the messages and oversee the AI process. How many queues or how the agents are assigned to them is dictated by the Administrator user.

Queue Behaviors

Queues are always set to start with older messages loaded into the Review screen. After a message is handled, a new message will populate immediately. No one message can be worked on simultaneously by two agents on different screens.

If an Agent loads a message in reviews and doesn't complete the Review within 15 minutes, the message can time out and go back into the queue, so another Agent can handle it.

‌‌Creating a Review Queue:

Navigate to Components and select Review Queues:

Next, click on the +Review Queue button near the upper right corner of the screen:

Then name the queue (required) and add a description (optional):

‌Finish up by saving the queue. The queue can now be accessed in the Reviews page and can be added to Review steps in the Journey builder.
