User Management Overview
Pre-built Roles
Managing users in Y Meadows is easy and efficient. Users are added by the account administrator and assigned a role. Roles are made up of a group of permissions which allows Administrators to easily assign permissions to users without having to customize each one.
As Y Meadows expands the role system, new roles will be added along with the capability to create custom roles with custom permissions.
The Administrator role has access to most of the features in Y Meadows. The Administrator can manage account features such as billing and analytics. This role is used for setting up essential functions in the application such as building Journeys, adding Steps, configuring connections and training models.
